Recorded: 1988-1990 at The Toledo (Mambo) Studio, Long Beach, California
Engineer: Wade Wilkinson
Released: Early 1990

Notes/Circulation: A snapshot of Howlin' at the Moon as it existed shortly before its completion, a demo version of the work-in-progress, sequenced differently (and, in the opinion of most, less effectively) without the cover of "7 & 7 Is," made a small circuit of tape-trading fans of the band.

Performers:

  • Howlin' Mike Malone: Vocals, Vibes, Harmonica, Drums
  • Scott "Whad" Atchison: Lead & Rhythm Guitars
  • Wade Wilkinson: Bass
  • Roger Beall: Drums on Drunk Indian and 7 & 7 Is
  • Kenji Stevens: Guitar and Backing Vocals on Live Together and Doors Open In, Backing Vocals on Sonja and Bad Daddy's Mama
  • Jane Bray: Backing Vocals on Sonja and Gone And Away
